Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 4 grudnia 2007 roku zasnął w Bogu mój kochany Syn, Wnuk i Siostrzeniec

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 7 grudnia 2007 roku o godz. 12.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w Domu Pogrzebowym "SOTOR" przy ul. Poznańskiej 6/8. O godz. 13.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie z Domu Pogrzebowego i przejście konduktu do kościoła p.w. Św. Piotra i Pawła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na nowym Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej.
Pogrążona w smutku
Kochająca Mama z Rodziną
Autokar zostanie podstawiony po Mszy Św. przy kościele p.w. Św. Piotra i Pawła.
