Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 1 sierpnia 2009 r. zmarł nagle mój kochany Mąż, nasz kochany Tatuś, Teść, Dziadziuś, Pradziadek, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 5 sierpnia 2009 r. o godz. 8.15 pożegnaniem zmarłego w dolnym kościele p.w. Św. Michała Archanioła na Rybakach. O godz. 8.50 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do kościoła p.w. Św. Józefa, gdzie o godz. 9.00 zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu Św. Jerzego przy ul. Sportowej.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kościele pw. Św. Michała Archanioła o godz. 8.45.
