Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 30 czerwca 2008 r. zmarł Mój Kochany Syn, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 2 lipca 2008 r. o godz. 12.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w kaplicy przy kościele pw. św. Antoniego (Wrzosy). O godz. 13.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do Sanktuarium Miłosierdzia Bożego i Św. Faustyny, gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kościele pw. św. Antoniego o godz. 12.50.
