Z bólem serca zawiadamiamy, że 28 listopada 2012 r. po ciężkiej chorobie odszedł od nas do Pana ukochany Mąż, Tatuś i Dziadziuś. Dobry i kochany Człowiek.

Pamięć o Nim pozostanie w naszych sercach na zawsze.

Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie w poniedziałek 3 grudnia 2012 r. o godzinie 13.00 w kościele parafialnym w Rudawie koło Krakowa, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejscowy cmentarz.

Pogrążone w smutku Żona i Córki z Rodzinami

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na rzecz

Hospicjum św. Łazarza w Krakowie,

zbierane podczas ceremonii pogrzebowej.
