Z głębokim żalem zawiadamimy, że dnia 12 lutego 2008 roku zmarł po ciężkiej chorobie, opatrzony Sakramentami Świętymi mój kochany Mąż, nasz Tatuś, Dziadek i Teść

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 15 lutego 2008 roku o godz. 10.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w Domu Pogrzebowym "SOTOR" przy ul. Poznańskiej 6/8.
O godz. 11.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do kościoła p.w. Św. Piotra i Pawła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna.
Po Mszy Św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na nowym Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony po Mszy Św. przy kościele p.w. Św. Piotra i Pawła
