Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 26 lipca 2008 roku zmarła po ciężkiej, cierpliwie znoszonej chorobie nasza kochana Mama, Teściowa i Babcia

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 30 lipca 2008 roku o godz. 8.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłej w kaplicy przy kościele p.w. Chrystusa Króla. O godz. 9.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do kościoła p.w. Św. Józefa, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Żwirki i Wigury).
Pogrążeni w smutku
Córka i Syn z Rodzinami
Bus zostanie podstawiony o godz. 8.00 przy ul. Fałata 64.
