Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 15 marca 2007 roku zmarła po chorobie moja kochana Żona, nasza Mamusia, Teściowa, Babcia i Ciocia

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 19 marca 2007 roku o godz. 12.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłej w dolnym kościele p.w. Św. Michała na Rybakach. O godz. 13.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do górnego kościoła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Wybickiego).

Bus zostanie podstawiony po Mszy św. przy kościele p.w. Św. Michała na Rybakach.
