Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 30.VIII.2006 roku o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. M.B.Królowej Polski - Rub. I, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu Św. Jerzego.

Autobus zostanie podstawiony przed kaplicą na Bielanach.
