Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 5 października 2007 roku zmarł po ciężkiej chorobie mój kochany Mąż, Brat i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 9 października 2007 roku o godz. 13.15 pożeganiem Zmarłego w dolnym kościele p.w. Św. Michała Archanioła na Rybakach.
O godz. 14.00 w górnym kościele zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Gałczyńskiego ( do Sportowej).
Autokar zostanie podstawiony po Mszy św. przy kościele na Rybakach.
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji
