Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 4 sierpnia 2005 roku o godz. 10.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła p.w. Błogosławionej Matki Marii Karłowskiej na Skarpie, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym w Kaszczorku.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 9.00 przy ul. Kusocińskiego 2 A.
