Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 21.10.2006 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" - Korzybscy ul. Browarna do kościoła o.o. Paulinów p.w. Matki Boskiej Częstochowskiej, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Święta żałobna. Po Mszy Świętej pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Antczaka (od ul. Pułaskiego).

Żona z Dziećmi i Rodziną
Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.00 przy Domu Pogrzebowym "Cultus" - Korzybscy ul. Browarna.
