Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 20 maja 2006 roku o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. Św. Jakuba Apostoła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Wybickiego).

Bus zostanie podstawiony o godz. 13.00 przy Domu Pogrzebowym "Sotor", przy ul. Bażyńskich.
