Żyłaś dla nas, kochałaś nas wszystkich,
cicho usnęłaś, dziś Cię już nie ma,
choć wczoraj byłaś odeszłaś w wieczną dal,
została w naszych sercach tęsknota, boleść i żal.

Z sercem pełnym smutku i żalu zawiadamiamy,
że dnia 24.10.2007 r. zasnęła w Bogu
moja ukochana Żona, nasza kochana Mamusia,
