Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 21.09.2006 r. o godz. 10.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy na CCK do kościoła pw. Św. Michała Archanioła (Rybaki), gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przed domem przy ul. Mickiewicza 146 o godz. 9.00.
