Msza św. pogrzebowa zostanie odprawiona dnia 5 września 2005r o godz. 13.00 w kosciele p.w. Św. Barbary /garnizonowy/ w Inowrocławiu, po czym nastąpi eksportacja Zmarłego i pogrzeb na cmentarzu parafii Św. Mikołaja przy ul. Marulewskiej w Inowrocławiu.
W smutku pogrążeni: ŻONA Z DZIEĆMI I RODZINĄ.
