Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 19.VI.2006 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. N.M.P., gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu przy ul. Wybickiego/ od Wybickiego/.

Autobus zostanie podstawiony przy ul. Bema 128 b o godz. 10.40
