Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 15.07.2006 r. o godz. 14.00 wystawieniem ciała w Kościele pw. Wniebowzięcia NMP (Polsko-Katolicki) przy ul. Gałczyńskiego, gdzie o godz. 15.00 zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy sw. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu przy ul. Wybickiego od ul. Żwirki i Wigury.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy ul. Rydygiera 9B o godz. 13.40.
