Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 27.07.2005 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z Kaplicy przyszpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. N.C. i Krwi Chrystusa, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Św. Jerzego (od ul. Sportowej).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy o godz. 11.00.
