Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 17.10.2006r. o godz. 11.30 w kaplicy kościoła M.B. Królowej Męczenników przy ul. Bołtucia w Fordonie.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 13.00 na cmentarzu komunalnym przy ul. Wiślanej.
W smutku pogrążeni mąż, synowie i rodzina.
