Pogrzeb, poprzedzony Mszą św. odbędzie się
w poniedziałek 16 października 2006 r. o godz. 12:00. Msza św. w kościele parafialnym
p.w. Chrystusa Króla na Błoniu, a pogrzeb
na cmentarzu Św. Trójcy na Jarach.

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji lecz
o modlitwę
