Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 01.06.2005 roku o godz. 11.00
wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego „Sotor” przy ul. Bażyńksich do kościoła p.w. Św. Antoniego na Wrzosach, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym ul. Owsianej na Wrzosach.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 10.45 przy Domu Pogrzebowym „Sotor”, przy Bażyńskich.
