Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 6.04.2005 roku o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. N.M.P., gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego.
