Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 24 lipca 2007 roku zmarł po chorobie, opatrzony Sakramentami Świętymi mój kochany Mąż, nasz Tatuś, Brat i Dziadziuś

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 28 lipca 2007 roku o godz. 9.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w kaplicy przy kościele p.w. Św. Antoniego na Wrzosach. O godz. 10.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do kościoła p.w. Św. Józefa, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna.
Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym przy ul. Grudziądzkiej 192.
Pogrążona w smutku

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 9.45 przy ul. Fałata 67.
