Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 16.06.2006 r. o godz. 14.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. N.M.P. Królowej Polski w Cierpicach, gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy o godz. 14.00.
