Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 13.12.2004 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Kaplicy na CCK do kościoła pw. Miłosierdzia Bożego przy ul. Św. Faustyny, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu przy ul. Wybickiego.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy ul. Legionów 129 o godz. 11.00.
