Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 13.01.2005 roku o godz. 10.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. Miłosierdzia Bożego i Św. Siostry Faustyny, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Żwirki i Wigury).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 9.45 przy kaplicy na Bielanach.
