Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 12.I.2005 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich
do kościoła pw. M.M. Kolbe Rub. III, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na C.K. Nr 2 (Szmalcówka).
Pogrążony w smutku
Mąż z Synem i Rodziną
Autobus zostanie podstawiony przed kaplicą.
