Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 29.09.2005 r. o godz. 15.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Przedpogrzebowego "Cultus" przy ul. Browarnej 2 do kościoła p.w. Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Marii Panny, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy świętej pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 14.00 ul. Bema 128.
