Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 13.10.2004 r. o godz. 14.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. Św. Antoniego na Wrzosach, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Owsianej na Wrzosach.
