Z sercem pełnym bólu zawiadamiamy, że dnia 10 czerwca 2006 roku odszedł od nas do Domu Pana po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie kochany Mąż, Ojciec, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 14 czerwca 2006 roku o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. NMP, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Wybickiego).
Pogrążona w smutku
ŻONA, CÓRKA i RODZINA
Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.00 przy Domu Pogrzebowym "Sotor", przy ul. Bażyńskich.
