Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 11.02.2006 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. Wniebowzięcia NMP, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego (od ul. Sportowej).

Bus zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy na Bielanach o godz. 13.00.
