Msza św. odprawiona zostanie dnia 03.02.2005r. o godz. 14.00 w kościele św. Mikołaja. Natomiast pogrzeb odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Piastowej.
W smutku pogrążona żona, dzieci i rodzina.
