Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 22.11.2005 roku po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie, opatrzony Sakramentami Świętymi, zmarł mój ukochany Mąż, nasz Tatuś, Teść, Brat, Wujek, Szwagier, Dziadek i Pradziadek

Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się 26.11.2005 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z Kaplicy Pogrzebowej przy Kościele pw. M.M.Kolbego w Toruniu, skąd trumna zostanie przewieziona do Kościoła pw. Matki Bożej Królowej Polski , gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy Ciało zostanie złożone na miejscu wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarzu przy ul. Antczaka. Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy pogrzebowej.
