Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dn. 9.11.2006 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. Miłosierdzia Bożego, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Żwirki i Wigury).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy na Bielanach o godz. 11.00.
