Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 22.04.2005r o godz. 13.00 w kościele Św. Jana przy ul. Sikorskiego w Fordonie.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia po mszy św. na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Cechowej w Fordonie.
W smutku pogrążeni ojciec, Hania z Sandrą i Pauliną, siostra z rodziną i dziadek
