Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 07.09.2006 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. Św. Michała Archanioła przy ul. Rybaki, gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu przy ul. Żwirki i Wigury.

Bus zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy o godz. 12.00.
