Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 21.V.2005 o godz. 15.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła pw. Chrystusa Króla, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu przy ul. Poznańskiej (nowy).
Autobus zostanie podstawiony przed kaplicą.
