Msza św. odprawiona zostanie dnia 02.02.2005r. o godz. 14.00 w kościele św. Mikołaja w Starym Fordonie. Pogrzeb odbędzie się po mszy św. na cmentarzu przy ul. Piastowej.
Pogrążona w smutku żona oraz córka i syn z rodzinami.
