Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 6.10.2004 roku o godz. 14.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przykościelnej do kościoła pw. Św. Teresy w Grębocinie, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym w Grębocinie.
