Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 22.06.2005 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. Św. Jakuba, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Antczaka.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 13.00 przy kaplicy na Bielanach.
