Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się 16.07.2005 o godz.11.00. wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego przy ul.Bażyńskich skąd trumna zostanie przewieziona do kościoła pw. Najświętszej Marii Panny Częstochowskiej, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy Ciało zostanie złożone na miejscu wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarzu w Czernikowie
