Antoniego (Wrzosy I), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu Św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego (od Rynku)

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy na Bielanach.
