Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 5.11.2004 roku o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" przy ul. Okólnej 24 na Podgórzu do kościoła pw.Św. Piotra i Pawła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej (nowy).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.00 przy D.P. "Cultus" ul. Okólna 24.
