Z głębokim smutkiem i żalem zawiadamiamy, że w dniu 2 maja 2006 roku zmarł nagle mój kochany Mąż, Tata, Dziadek, Brat i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 6 maja 2006 roku o godz. 9.00 Mszą św. żałobną, która zostanie odprawiona w kościele p.w. NMP. O godz. 10.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku, na Cmentarz Parafialny przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Wybickiego).
Pogrążona w żalu
RODZINA
Autokar zostanie podstawiony po Mszy św. przy kościele p.w. NMP.
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
