Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 4.04.2006 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła pw. Narodzenia NMP przy ul. Gałczyńskiego (Polskokatolicki), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego (od ul. Sportowej).
