Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 19.10.2005 r. zmarła po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie, opatrzona Sakramentami Świętymi moja ukochana Żona, droga Mamusia, Babcia, Siostra, Szwagierka, Ciocia i Kuzynka

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 21.10.2005 r. o godz. 10.00 wyprowadzeniem z domu Pogrzebowego „Cultus” przy ul. Okólnej na Podgórzu do kościoła p.w. Św. Piotra i Pawła gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej (nowy).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 9.00 przy ul. Akacjowej 9.
