Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 28.02.2005 roku o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła p.w. Św. M.M. Kolbego na Skarpie, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Antczaka (od ul. Pułaskiego).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 11.45 przy kaplicy na Bielanach.
