Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 19.04.2005 r o godz. 7.30 w kościele Bożego Ciała przy ul. Jesionowej. Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 11.30 na cmentarzu komunalnym przy ul. Wiślanej.
W smutku pogrążony mąż z rodziną.
