Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 04.10.2004 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. Chrystusa Króla, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Żwirki).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 13.30 przy kościele p.w. Chrystusa Króla.
