Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 04.12.2004 r. godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. św. Jakuba, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Antczaka (od parkingu).

Bus zostanie podstawiony o godz. 11.45 przy Domu Pogrzebowym "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich.
